'Back to Basics' day was a great success. It was quite a mixed group, from a couple of self-confessed frequent ready-meal users (evening McCanneys) through to a couple of far more confident and experienced cooks (yes that's you Turners) hmmm how did they sneak in?All the dishes were produced to perfection (I posted the menu a couple of days ago) and I think hte beginners in particular were really chuffed with their efforts. I love helping people learn to cook new things. It's a real buzz.
